Clark is attacked by a “Zoner”, but when he wakes up he finds himself in a sanitarium, and without his powers. He is informed that his entire life, as he believes it, has been nothing more than a fabrication he created to cope with his biological parents’ death in the meteor shower. Another patient tries to help Clark, warning him that the phantom is actually attempting to take over Clark’s body.
